Circles of anger and kindness

Christmas,New Year - wonderful holidays , time for family, friends, presents , happiness and peace. Amazing time when everything is in like fairy tale. 

I have a little story for you: 

Once morning one man -director of big company- woke up in a bad mood. He didn't have problems, he just didn't like morning at that day. He went to the office and yelled on one of employees, just because he had a bad mood. So that employee was upset now, he went home, met wife and yelled at her about food.. just because he was upset that director yelled at him. Now wife was so upset that she hit their cat..  just because her husband yelled at her. At that evening director went to the dinner to that employee. Cat was so angry that was hit because of anything, that bit director when he came to house. Circle of anger was closed.

We always have a choice: to continue this anger circle or to stop everything. 

I know that it's hard. How is it: to forgive those who brought you pain? But forgiveness makes us much stronger Nd better. Find power to get over and forgive. 

And now is a great time to do it- Christmas/ New Year. Just give them a little present or a compliment. You even can't imagine how surprised they will be. And it will make them stop and think about their worldview.

The Bullying Experiment

Today's post will stand on this video - "The bullying Experiment"

I found this video very useful for my blog. That's one of the topics that I want to open. Bullying is not only problem between victim and attacker. Everyone around take part in it too! And here we saw I really good example what mostly people will do, if they see someone's bullying? Go away or not to touch them or try to pretend that you didn't see anything. That's the problem of our world! People want the problem being solved, but they don't do anything for it. I think that we should talk less and do more! 

Just promise to yourselves that if you'll see someone's bullying-help him, cause in that way you can maybe save someone's life. Don't be indifferent to it! Because it can happens to everyone. 

This is one of the sculptures from the group called "Children are the Victims of Adult Vices" located in Moscow, Russia. This one clearly represents most people in bullying problem. Indifference kills Humans in us.

Cyber Bullying - real problem in unreal world

Bullying in the Internet. I've found this article very interesting. And this topic I should open more. We live in era of mass media and internet, in the time when our life connects with Internet tighter every year. Developing area of Internet now we can't imagine our life without it. Almost every teenager has own account in some social media. And more than quarter of them are bullied in the Internet.

Why? Nowadays Internet has a huge influence on us. Apparently it tells us what to do and how. And as I said in the last post - bullying in real life depends on the Internet for 30 %. But that was bullying in real life. What about bullying in the Internet? When teenagers use bad words, negatively comment others posts etc. 

So another issue that we should mention in solving problem of bullying is a bullying in the social media.

Stop Bullying Campaign

 

Let's go through usual middle or high school in my city: someone hits the boy with extra weight in restroom, boys kick someone's bag pack in classroom, someone puts a chewing gum in girls' hair. Bullying, anger and hypocrisy have already come into the daily life of teenagers. This problem is very actual now. And how we can talk about respect and peace in the world if kids, future generation, live in the world of pain and injustice?
Why does it happen? 40% it depends on the child and his self education, 15% - parents, 30% - Internet and society. Here we can see that kids have a very big influence of Internet and people who surround them. But the influence can be negative or positive. So my idea- to create a kind of network /independent site, where people can support each other and help, to share their stories and their experience from own life.
But it's a global idea, which I realize in future. Now I can create a program which will be devoted to problem of bullying and share it with other teenagers in schools on the lessons. It's more than possible and I think that we should start from this. Moreover I can start realizing idea with global network just from creating small group in Facebook or here - in Blogger.  All beginnings were small firstly!

 

For me this problem is very huge and important. Because I saw kid's eyes in tears, when they were bullied. I saw them When they just needed simple support and understanding. And, you know what, this kids have beautiful souls and by every day bullying this kind and soft in souls die. Just to go to them and say "you are not alone" for you world wouldn't change, but for this person it will change forever.
I think that my motto will be "NEVER GIVE UP". Because to be strong- that's the main goal.
To be a Human from the big letter is to live not only for yourself, it means to live for others. To be humane.

 The problem with bullying isn't new. But it's still didn't solved and progress every year. I can't change all world, I can't change all people on the Earth, but if I help at least some of them- it will be very little but still victory.
